XVIII Cent. Palazzo / Abruzzo
Located in the highest point of a medieval hamlet that sits at the top of a hill in Abruzzo, this palazzo used to be the home of the local squire. It has over 30 rooms, an internal gross area of 540 sqm over three storeys, plus 220sqm of basement and cellar, and a 100 sqm attic. The building has been vacant for quite some time now, and except for the work necessary to bring running water in the 30’s and the transformation of some rooms into toilets (refurbished in the late 60’s), it is almost in its original conditions, featuring solid stone walls, tall vaulted ceilings, original finishes throughout and some frescos. It requires extensive work, but can easily be transformed in 6 well sized two-three bedroom apartments or 3 luxury flats. Pescara Airport is very close, it will get you 20 min to get to the coast, the three national parks that surround the village have some of the most beautiful landscape you can find in Italy
