The name of the Rose / Abruzzo

This beauty is part of one of the most picturesque Italian landscape in central Italy, a location that was used for the setting of many movies. this little medieval hamlet, protected by the powerful overhanging castle, offer breath-taking views on the Majella national park. This house has the perfect size: 150 sqm over three storeys and a small south-facing garden that overlooks the orchards and valley below. The roof has been completely replaces not long ago, but the house has been empty for 70 years or more and needs work, but we think that it has great potentials and with its low price-tag it definitely is a good bargain.
