Casa B

White drapery gently separate home and office in this 1950’s flat, enphasises the the sense of openness given by the tall ceilings, and and brings out the beauty of the iconic coloured-concrete tiles.

The long white courtains used to provides flexible separation between rooms are also employed to conceale unsightly functional elements and keep the space uncluttered; their three-dimensional sheer texture get trasformed by the different light conditions throughout the day, and creates everchanging scenes. This solution required minimum work and expenditure, avoiding expensive mobile partitioning and furniture.
